Membership Cancelation Policy:
Customer has the right to cancel at any time. If customer cancels before 6 months of subscription, customer forfeits any free services and benefits.

Interior Maintenance Plan
Customer provides:
- paint/primer (latex only) for room
- ceiling fan for replacement (height restrictions state that anything above 10ft will be an additional charge of $125 and anything above 16ft will be an additional charge of $225 due at the time of service)
I.M.S will provide paint prep material (tarps, tape, brushes/rollers), dry wall, mud, and tape and FREE labor.
Dry wall patch repair included in plan is defined as- no larger than 12inx12in repair.
Redeemable Timeframe:
Free Yearly Inspection- immediately available
Painting/Drywall Repair- may be redeemed after 6 months of subscription or immediately if paid in full
Ceiling Fan Replacement- may be redeemed after 3 months of subscription or immediately if paid in full
Electrical Inspection- may be redeemed after 3 months of subscription or immediately if paid in full
