Exterior Maintenance PlanÂ
Materials included:

Pro Package: up to 7 wood deck boards and up to 7 wood balusters
Elite Package: (BACK DECK) up to 7 wood deck boards and up to 7 wood balusters, (FRONT PORCH) up to 7 wood deck boards, up to 7 wood balusters, wood rot in 1 column, and 2 handrail repairs.
Power washing consist of a mold removal chemical specifically for wood, concrete, and vinyl. Height restrictions state anything above 12ft with the use of a ladder will be an additional cost of $125. 2.5 gallons of mold removal is included with each package, which covers approximately 500 sq feet. Any addition cleaner required will be an additional cost of $125.
Gutter cleaning consist of using a special reach tool without a ladder that uses high pressure water to remove debris from gutter/gutter guards. Anything above 2 stories will require a free estimate due to insurance and workers comp purposes.
Window cleaning consist of using a spot free chemical for cleaning purposes. 12 windows max included in packages; any additional will cost an extra $125.
